Based in: Stowmarket, Suffolk I have a compulsive desire to paint, make marks and produce vivid and expressive work. I use lively texture and intense colour largely inspired by direct observation. My work is instinctively painted and is imaginative rather than literal. It is designed to stimulate the eye and convey a sense of joy. I paint honestly and according to my own 'style'.
